PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif.
Addressing a press conference in Quetta, Nawaz said the present government should have given priority to making up for the injustices committed against Balochistan over the last 62 years. He said excesses of past rulers had forced Baloch leaders to go into exile.
He also called for the withdrawal of all politically-motivated cases lodged against Baloch political leaders and workers.
Nawaz also thanked former Balochistan governor Abdul Qadir Baloch and chief of Jhalawan Sardar Sanaullah Zehri who joined the PML-N.
Welcoming the two leaders to the party, Nawaz said their decision will make his party stronger in Balochistan.
Earlier, Sanaullah Zehri urged Nawaz Sharif to bring Pervez Musharraf back to Pakistan (after coming to power) and hang him publicly after a trial for the killing of Baloch leaders.
Zehri said the entire Baloch people were now looking up to Nawaz Sharif for the solution of their problems as all other parties had failed to get the province’s grievances addressed properly.
