Bulls return as KSE posts limited gains KARACHI: Positive activity was witnessed at the local bourse on last trading day of the week as benchmark-100 index added 20 points to close at 9,774 points.

Market started the day with green numbers on board, however, KSE-100 index remained under pressure throughout the session.

Investors remained bullish in banking, energy and fertilizer stocks. Total market turnover dropped to 193 million shares, showing limited trading interest.

Once again, Lotte Pak was crowned as the volume leader, down by Rs0.23/share to close at Rs10.72.

Meanwhile, junior KSE-30 index closed at 10,286 points with a gain of 51 points.

Stock experts said technical correction could be seen in the upcoming sessions.
